What I noticed with this MLT 741 over the last version is the eco mode that shuts off the engine after a couple minutes not moving - saves a bit on fuel I guess, since we used to rack up crazy engine hours just idling. Noticed the same with the 850 model and its auto stop-start, which honestly feels like overkill sometimes, but works. Cameras for reversing are a nice touch, hardly ever risk bumping stuff now. They changed the tyres too, with block-treads, supposed to last twice as long on yards like ours. Only bug is you need the key for the bonnet every time, which is just annoying when you're in a hurry for a quick check.

I just wrapped up a three-month stint with the Manitou MT 1440 on site. Climbing in and out is easy, just two steps, even with all my gear on. The suspension seat and air con are way better than the old model, honestly made long days a bit less rough. I hate fiddling with windows, the electric ones are a plus. 4WD works as expected, got me through soft spots without needing a push. Visibility is solid, mirrors pretty much wipe out most blind spots. Not crazy about the joystick, feels too light sometimes and a bit laggy for fine adjustments. Reliability was good, never had an actual breakdown, but wish the cab was a little less plasticky inside.

I put a few hours on the 7:30, mostly loading out hay. It's got some grunt for a compact handler, motor pulls well even when stacked high. Big plus for the easy connect thing by the attachment, makes changing out buckets and forks less of a pain. Not crazy about the side mirrors, takes a second to get them lined up right, but visibility out the front is solid with that grid. Haven't had it long enough to say about service issues but so far nothing's come up. Price was a bit steep for a smaller machine, but I guess you pay for the lift height.

MLT 937 feels aimed right at normal ag work. 3.7t capacity is enough for most stuff we do, and the 9m lift saves time when you’re stacking high or working over a barrier. Engine power (116hp) is there, it doesn’t feel lazy when you’re moving heavy bales across the yard.

I’m kind of mixed on the trim levels. The Classic will do the job but you can tell it’s the basic spec. Premium is nicer for long days, the cab temp control is just less annoying, simple as that. DAB radio is whatever, but I get why people want it.

Overall it drives clean and the hydraulics respond well, just don’t pretend it’s going to be cheap to buy in the first place.

Been in construction a while and honestly, wasn't sure about this whole electric thing but the MT625e is pretty capable. Small size fits in over-tight spots and doesn’t wreck the ground. Controls are comfy, I like the joystick a lot. Not having to do so much maintenance is a plus, especially when parts are getting expensive. You do notice the difference in noise-sometimes feels weird not hearing the engine. Charging is the main hiccup. Extended battery is better if you can get it, but I just deal with it. Safety features are decent, haven’t seen too many issues. It’s new tech, so time will tell on reliability. For now, works fine.

I’ve spent the better part of my career bouncing between loaders and telehandlers, and honestly, the Manitou MLT-X 732 is one of the easier ones to get your head around. The controls feel natural, that JSM joystick? Didn’t take long at all to get used to. I do a lot of work in tight sheds and with the visibility out of these big glass windows, I don’t find myself double-checking as much. The sunshade’s a small thing but after a few hours, you’ll appreciate it. Only bit that annoys me is having to clean out wood chips from the engine bay-wish they’d bothered with bigger drain holes. Everything else, pretty good. Maintenance seems straightforward, nothing too tricky. Didn’t play around much with the more advanced attachments yet though.

Been running the Manitou MLT X 737 130 PS Plus for about a month doing steady farm work. The cab is surprisingly comfy, honestly didn't expect to be this relaxed after long days. Good noise insulation, enough storage spots for all my stuff, and the controls are easy to reach. Vision is clear, no annoying blind spots. My only gripe is the buttons - they're all lit up and color-coded, which is fine, but sometimes when it's sunny, that glare makes it tough to spot exactly what you need, and I wish the display was just a bit bigger or less reflective. Still, the ride feels steady, and seat adjustment options are solid. Not perfect, but for cab comfort, it's a big improvement over what I drove before.

Recently used the Manitou MLT 735 for a project, and here are my thoughts. The hydraulic pickup hitch simplifies attaching equipment, a big advantage during busy days. I found the cab pretty comfortable; the air-suspended driver's seat is a relief during long hours. Rear halogen work lights provided sufficient illumination. Minor wear marks and faded paint give it a used look but nothing structurally concerning. The 40K power shift gearbox operates smoothly and adds efficiency. It's solid, although better upkeep could elevate its appeal.

I've been using the MT 625e recently, and I appreciate its electric design-no emissions and quiet operation make it great for urban or indoor tasks. The lift capacity of 2.5 tons is workable, though a slightly longer battery life would help on extended jobs.

Been running the MLT 850 on grain and wood chip moving. Noticeably higher work rate, feels like I’m loading trailers way quicker than before. Hydraulics are punchy and I get through the jobs without much fuss. Big plus for me is the Stop & Start thing, definitely cuts down idling times at the pile. Kinda weird at first when the engine cuts, but you stop noticing after a couple days. Reaching all the grease points is actually pretty easy with everything grouped together, and air filter clears out without tools. That said, there’s still the usual amount of dust to deal with around the radiators, so you’re not escaping that. I can work a full day and not crawl out totally worn out, the seat and noise levels are good. Feels robust, but it does take a bit to get used to all the different controls if you’re new to the newer Manitou kit.
