New Alfamix ALFAMIX POLİMER MODİFİYE BİTÜM ÜRETİM TESİSİ asphalt plant

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

ALFAMIX polymer modified bitumen production plants offer capacities of 15–30 tonnes/hour, a high-shear mill, flexible polymer dosing options and user-defined production arrangements. Developed for asphalt producers, road construction companies and bitumen processing businesses, the plants are configured according to production capacity, formulation and site conditions.
Suitable for fully automatic and semi-automatic operation, the system supports controlled blending of bitumen and polymer to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Electric or thermal-oil heating alternatives, mixing tanks sized according to capacity and optional PMB maturation tanks provide an integrated solution from production to storage.

Homogeneous mixing through high shear. One of the key stages of PMB production is effective polymer dispersion within the bitumen. The high-shear mill used in the ALFAMIX plant supports polymer particle size reduction and uniform distribution within the bitumen.
The combined operation of the mixing tanks and mill ensures that premixing and milling follow the formulation. This creates a controlled process aimed at obtaining a homogeneous product for different production requirements.
User-defined single-pass or multiple-pass production. Depending on the operating arrangement defined by the user, production can be carried out in 1 pass or by passing the product through the mill several times.
Single-pass operation allows direct production with suitable formulations. Multiple-pass operation allows the product to be passed through the mill again when the mixture requires additional processing. The number of passes can be determined by considering bitumen properties, polymer type, additive proportion and target product properties. This flexibility makes it easier to accommodate different formulations on the same plant.
Automation of polymer transfer and dosing to suit your operation. Polymer transfer to the additive unit and dosing into production are assessed as separate requirements. The additive unit can be loaded automatically or manually according to the operating arrangement.
The polymer dosing unit can optionally be configured for fully automatic or semi-automatic operation. The raw-material loading method and level of dosing automation are therefore selected together according to capacity, staffing arrangements and investment preferences.
Fully automatic and semi-automatic production. The plant is designed for both operating modes. In fully automatic operation, production steps are managed by the automation system according to the defined process. Semi-automatic operation allows certain stages to be performed under operator control.
User-defined pass arrangements and selectable polymer dosing options allow production to be planned according to different formulations and operating requirements.
Mixing tanks sized according to capacity. Mixing tank sizes are determined by the selected plant capacity of 15–30 tonnes/hour and the production method. Mixing requirements, production cycle and mill-pass arrangements are considered together when sizing the tanks.
This approach ensures that the tanks work in harmony with the plant's other equipment and that production flow is arranged according to operating targets.
ALFAMIX-manufactured herringbone gear bitumen pump. The herringbone gear bitumen pump used in the plant is manufactured by ALFAMIX. Designed for transferring hot bitumen within the process, the pump is one of the production line's key components.
Manufacturing the pump ourselves allows direct contact with the manufacturer for maintenance, spare parts and technical support. Assessing the pump together with the plant facilitates equipment compatibility and service management.
Electric or thermal-oil heating. The plant heating system can be configured for electric or thermal-oil heating according to the facility's energy infrastructure. The heating arrangement is selected to support processing of the bitumen-polymer mixture at the temperatures required by the process.
The pipework valves are suitable for high-temperature operation. The heating system and flow equipment are selected together with consideration of PMB production conditions.
PMB maturation tanks with agitators and capacities of 20–80 tonnes. Maturation and storage tanks with capacities of 20–80 tonnes can be added to the production line as an option. Tanks are manufactured in horizontal or vertical form according to site layout and stock requirements.
The tank agitators help maintain product homogeneity during maturation. Electric or thermal-oil heating designed for PMB supports maintaining the product at the specified storage and use temperature.
The maturation stage allows management of product development depending on the bitumen, polymer and formulation used. Tank capacity and quantity are selected by considering the production plan together with consumption or dispatch requirements.
A control arrangement suited to your site. The plant is offered with an optional operator cabin or a control panel suitable for outdoor use. The control arrangement is planned with consideration of the installation area and the operator's working arrangements.
