Die Ankündigung stellt ein Beispiel unserer Implementierung einer Granulatlinie bei einem unserer Kunden dar. Alle Maschinen wurden nach Absprache und auf individuellen Wunsch des Kunden in unserem Werk konstruiert und gefertigt.
Die vorgestellte Granulierlinie basiert auf unseren Maschinen und einer Pelletiermaschine eines befreundeten Herstellers.
Diese Linie besteht aus folgenden Elementen:
- Zubringer mit Bandförderer,
- Pelletmaschine,
- Siebtrommel mit Doppelfunktion zum Trocknen der Pellets und zum Entfernen von Staub und Kleinteilen,
- Förderband, das das Granulat zum Kühler transportiert,
- Kühler,
- Förderband mit Ventilatoren,
- halbautomatische Wiegeverpackungsmaschine mit der Möglichkeit, das fertige Produkt zu verschweißen
