Адгезиметр Константа АЦМеханический адгезиметр предназначен для определения адгезии лакокрасочных и других покрытий между слоями и с основанием, а также когезии материалов по методу отрыва.Дает возможность количественной оценки адгезии покрытия.Ограничения по применимости:Необходимость подбора клея с адгезией, достаточной для приклеивания грибка к покрытию и проведения испытаний.Принцип контроля:Определяется удельное усилие, необходимое для отрыва покрытия от подложки, либо для когезионного разрушения покрытия.Методика контроля:Цилиндрический тестовый элемент (грибок) приклеивается к испытуемому покрытию, участок покрытия вокруг грибка подрезается до подложки, к грибку присоединяется прибор адгезиметр и с его помощью грибок оттягивается от тестируемой поверхности. Сила, прилагаемая к грибку, увеличивается, пока грибок не оторвется вместе с куском покрытия или не будет достигнута установленная заранее величина.
