POWDER COATING CURING OVEN

We produce and sell electrostatic field painting lines
(polymerization ovens and electrostatic field painting booths)
of any size and shape depending on the needs of customers.

The oven ensures the polymerization of the electrostatic paint at 200 ° C
in approximately 30 * 40 minutes.

The ovens are specially designed for each individual project,
taking into account the geometry, dimensions, quantity and weight
of the parts to be coated with electrostatic powder.
The combustion of polymerization furnaces can be provided with natural gas,
diesel or electricity.

The paint can be applied manually, semi-automatically or automatically,
depending on the parts to be painted.

There are several types of ovens such as the box oven, the conveyor
line oven or the bar-to-bar transfer oven.
