Sera DA Boden - Dissolving station for copper cyanide other chemical equipment

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

Dissolving station for copper cyanide
The dosing system was designed according to drawing no. A10690 for the preparation of calcium cyanide and copper cyanide solution
The tank has a volume of approx. 1170 litres and is filled with water via an angle seat valve and with beads/scales/flakes via a feed screw. The dilution water is filled via a solenoid valve and a downstream angle-seat valve for volume adjustment. A spray nozzle in the aeration and deaeration dome prevents vapours from escaping when filling the tank
The water supply is shut off by a ball valve and the flow rate is adjusted by an angle seat valve. The extraction is switched on or off via the control unit
The feed screw first conveys the dry material into a two-stage shredder. From there
the dry material enters the container. The quantity of dry material conveyed is regulated via a slide valve on the feed screw. A suction device is mounted on the hopper of the feed screw. The suction device is equipped with a lamellar rubber curtain to prevent direct contact with the dry material. The hopper is fitted with a protective grid. A further suction device is located on the container. The extracted vapours from the two extraction devices are brought together in an absorption vessel via hose lines
When filling the hopper of the feed screw and loading the container with dry material
it is necessary for both extraction devices to be switched on
The absorption vessel must be placed and mounted in a suitable position on site using a frame for wall mounting. It must be ensured that the hose lines are supported on site using suitable means if necessary. Kinking of the hose lines must be prevented at all costs to ensure that the vapours are properly conducted into the absorption vessel. The vent connection on the absorption vessel must be connected accordingly on site
The various fill levels in the container (DRY + EMPTY / MAX-MAX) are detected by fill level limit switches. The level limit switch for "DRY RUN + TANK EMPTY" is height-adjustable. The fill level in the container can also be checked on the visual fill level indicator. The temperature in the container is displayed via a bimetal thermometer. The container is equipped with an electric agitator for even mixing of the solution. The finished solution is removed or the container emptied via a ball valve at the bottom of the container jacket
The absorption vessel is emptied into the container via a hose line. It is important to ensure that the washing liquid in the absorption vessel is changed at regular intervals. The dosing system is equipped with a control unit
The pipework consists of the following components
Ball valve for end shut-off Filling
Solenoid valve for filling shut-off
Angle seat valve for water dosing
Ball valve for water supply Spray ball
Solenoid valve for shutting off spray ball
Angle seat valve for water dosing Spray ball
Ball valve for removal
Ball valve for emptying
Ball valve for emptying when cleaning the supply hopper and the feed screw
It was never installed and never put into operation
